Commercial building on one of the main arteries east of the city centre. The focus was converting the vacant three-storey kitchen showroom (basement, ground and first floor) for the anchor tenant Rossmann: the ground floor and basement were turned into retail space, with new offices created on the first floor. Further office space in the building was reconfigured and refurbished.

On completion the property was handed over, fully documented, to an end investor who holds it in their portfolio.
